Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on jewellery once an order has been delivered. This applies to all jewellery items, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings.

If you receive a jewellery item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
